What We Do
Professional residential interior and exterior painting for walls, ceilings, trim, stucco, wood, masonry, and metal, with detailed preparation and finishes selected for each surface.

Why Choose Us
Paint performs best when the surface beneath it is clean, sound, dry, and properly prepared. We evaluate each material, protect surrounding areas, and complete the work in an organized sequence instead of treating every surface the same.

Yes. We provide residential interior and exterior painting for walls, ceilings, doors, trim, stucco, siding, wood, masonry, metal, and other compatible surfaces. The preparation and coating system are selected according to the material, condition, exposure, and desired appearance.
Preparation varies by surface and may include cleaning, scraping loose coatings, sanding glossy or rough areas, filling minor holes, repairing cracks, caulking appropriate joints, spot priming bare areas, and applying a full primer where needed. Significant stucco, drywall, wood, moisture, or structural repairs are identified separately.
Yes. We can help narrow down colors and sheens based on natural and artificial light, adjacent finishes, room use, washability, surface condition, and exterior architecture. We recommend reviewing physical samples on the actual property because colors can shift throughout the day.
Not always. Primer may be needed on bare or repaired areas, porous materials, new drywall, new stucco, stained surfaces, drastic color changes, or surfaces where adhesion is a concern. Some modern coatings are self-priming on properly prepared substrates, but product instructions and existing conditions determine the correct system.
Paint can protect a properly prepared surface, but it is not a substitute for correcting active leaks, failed flashing, drainage problems, damaged stucco, rotten wood, or structural movement. Those conditions should be repaired before coating so the finish is not being asked to hide an unresolved problem.
Usually, yes. We can phase rooms, establish protected work areas, coordinate furniture movement, and discuss ventilation and access. Drying times, odors, children, pets, and the number of rooms being painted may affect whether certain areas should remain unoccupied temporarily.
The schedule depends on the size of the property, amount of preparation, number of colors, drying conditions, access, occupied-room sequencing, and whether repairs are needed. A few interior rooms may take several days, while a full interior or exterior can require one or more weeks. We provide a project-specific schedule after reviewing the scope.
Homes built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. When work will disturb painted surfaces, lead-safe requirements may apply. Older homes may also have multiple coating layers, plaster repairs, chalking, water staining, or incompatible past coatings that require additional evaluation and preparation.
